Communiqué 13th Annual Convocation, 2nd April-2026
Dear student of SVDU,
I congratulate you on having passed qualifying examination in your course to receive convocation/Graduation in the 13th Annual Convocation to be held on 2nd April 2026
The application registration can be done through online mode only. All the students are requested to fill up the information to register for 13th Annual Convocation. The application form for the 13th Annual Convocation 2026 is available online on https://sumandeep.icrp.in/erp/ . Those students who remain present personally will be considered as Presentia and will pay Rs. 2,500/-. Those students who could not remain present personally will be considered as absentia and they have to pay Rs.2500/-; if he/she resides within India. Those students who reside abroad and cannot come personally to collect their degree/diploma, such students can apply to receive the degree in Absentia by paying Rs. 5,000/-
The last day of application is 14/03/2026. The late fee will be applicable to those who will apply after announcement of last date for submission of the forms. Please mention correct name and use the latest passport size photograph during registration for convocation, as the same will be printed on your Degree/Diploma Certificate.
